Display Incidental Auth Amount in Express Kiosk

The Stay - Express Kiosk integration is enhanced to display the incidental authorization amount when guests check in through Express Kiosk, when the Do Not Disclose Rates to Guest option is selected for the reservation in Stay.

Previously, when the Do Not Disclose Rates to Guest option was selected in the Estimated Charges section of a reservation, Express Kiosk displayed the incidental authorization amount as $0, although a valid authorized amount was available in Stay.

To support this enhancement, a new section, Reservations Get, has been added to the Agilysys Book interface in Stay (Interfaces ➜ Cloud Settings ➜ Settings ➜ Agilysys Book) that displays the flag, Display Incidental Auth Amount. This flag supports the following functionality:

• Enabled: When enabled, the incidental authorization amount will be displayed for a reservation in Express Kiosk even when the Do Not Disclose Rates to Guest option is selected in Stay.

• Disabled: When disabled, the incidental authorization amount will be displayed as $0, when the Do Not Disclose Rates to Guest option is selected in Stay. The flag will be disabled by default.
